Pitching Clinic with Jackie Desilets.You will be contacted with the schedule for your group designation and session time. Groups are typically made based on skills, experience and previous clinic participation. Space is limited to 10 per group. Saturday & SundayGroup 1: One morning and one afternoon session each dayGroup 2: One morning and one afternoon session each day**Note: Canpitch group 2 sessions: This is for pitchers who have the fundamentals of pitching already. They will have attended multiple Canpitch clinics prior to this clinic. The pitchers will work on increasing power through drills that emphasize the proper use of their legs. We will also key on the change-up and mental strength. KMFA with Jackie will place pitchers accordingly.
Pitchers MUST have a catcher (yes this can be a teammate, parent, coach or friend) for the safety of everyone we ask that the catchers are comfortable catching, pitchers often gain speed as the weekend progresses. Bring water, snacks, all necessary gear, and clean indoor shoes.
Catching clinic with Jackie Desilets. This clinic will only be for catchers who have taken previous clinics, U14+Session will focus on specialized catching skills Practice like you play, all catchers MUST have gear (this means if you don't have it you need to contact KMFA to borrow it) Come prepared to be inside and/or outside depending on the weather.
